All properties are under contract and available for assignment (unless marked "Pending Assignment").
Properties are assigned to qualified LIHTC developers on a first come, first served basis.
Check back periodically as properties will be added through early January of each year.

Reviewing Properties:
Review the list of available properties above, the categories, and their criteria.
Perform due diligence and review agreements for any properties of interest:
Review the provided due diligence via the link on the property list. Copy the contents to your system.
Re-verify these due diligence items and perform any additional due diligence to your satisfaction.
Review the entire drafted Broker Agreement and Assignment Agreement via its due diligence link. These agreements contain key language and terms (non-negotiable) causing you to hire Clerestory Acquisitions, LLC as your Buyer Broker for that property.
Obtaining Site Control:
When you are ready to obtain site control:
Contact Stephen who will provide and review with you the required Working With Real Estate Agents (WWREA) document. Sign and return it to Stephen.
After or with the WWREA, sign and return the property's Broker Agreement and Assignment Agreement to Stephen.
Stephen will sign the Broker Agreement and send to you. At this point, the property will be held available to you for 48 hours and flagged on the property list as "Pending Assignment". If the 48 hours spans a weekend or banking holiday, the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
Remit the Activation Charges within 48 hours of returning the Broker Agreement.
Upon receipt of the Activation Charges, Stephen will sign and return the Assignment Agreement to you. The property is now in your hands!
